The dining table can seat up to ten guests and you can walk out from the lounge/ dining area onto a large balcony terrace that has unrestricted views of Bruson and the Combin ranges.

Also on this floor there is a fully fitted kitchen with microwave and dishwasher plus two further bedrooms; a double with an en-suite bathroom and WC and a twin with a shower room and WC.
